Floral and spice on the nose. Stewed dark red fruits on the palate. Some tertiary flavors of leather are starting to emerge.

Deep Ruby with aromas of red berry fruits and notes of blossom spice. On the palate black cherry and red plums with tobacco and woodsy spice. Lively acidity, firm tannins, nice balance, medium+ finish ending with fruit, oak and herb spice.

Great, great wine. Youthful and severe tannins provide grip and balance to its highly concentrated dark, plummy fruit. Loads of spice, almost peppery and additions of dark chocolate and licorice. Toasty oak frame the lengthy finale where fruit, minerals and youthfulness are key words. Best from 2022.

I like this estate. Generally they offer me purity of fruit and grainy tannins, fresh acidity and well judged oak treatment. This vintage lack som mid palate weight and tannins have some greenness to them, so doubtless the vintage was tricky here as well. A very good effort though, to drink over the next 5-8 years. Elegant and well balanced.

Roasted fruits, cocoa, maduro wrapper leaf, spice box. Loads of cool vintage character; a real old school Bordeaux. Plush, polished, really fine. #stemilion #bordeauxblend #rightbank
