Apr 2nd, 2021Age showing in the color with a dulling rim, but the ruby red was in there. Red fruit and earthy aromas, currant flavors (the tart red fruit of a cherry, but not as fruity), a good amount of acid and some soft tannins. Currant component tasting (in the wild!).
