Mineral, apple pie, spice, wood shavings, lovely intensity, juicy and clear, 10.5% super integrated and melts and juicy. Great acidity and freshness. So so pure.

Aug 20th, 2022Crazy aromas, mineral, grilled nuts, baked pears and the palate is fresh as a daisy. So juicy and clean. Amazingly well put together. Dry and intense yet juicy and lively. This is brilliant. Bottled two weeks ago. Amazingly crisp. Limestone. 100% limestone.

Heugumber - Aka - Grasshopper in the local dialect spoken in the three corners area of Germany, France and Switzerland. Very juicy with fantastic aromatics reminiscent of a light Chardonnay. Hazelnut, minerals, crisp, just 11%. The Chasselat Grape is a very old Grape called Gutedel in Baden. World class really. Came in a suitcase from my friend Christoph to the US. Enderle & Moll make one as well I am looking forward to try their version. Essentially unknown in the US.

Sep 7th, 2016Extremely fragrant with the same aroma that Chardonnay/Pinot Blanc & Gris have in common, and a lot of citrus, I'm thinking lemon and grapefruit. Lots of wet rock.
Medium body, high acidity, low alcohol, very dry, stone dust, fruit not so dominant on the palate.
Medium+ finish of acidity and fizzy minerality.
Went great with white asparagus and butter, parsley potatoes and turkey schnitzel.
sensational for €7!
Could be everyone's go-to wine for the merry month of May.
