Maybe due to its poor storage, my bottle showed worn out fruitfulness.. There are Still core of licorice, dark berries, ink. Dry, mid acidity, dissolved tannin. It's not my taste but could be a type of aged barbera.

Nice Barbera. Black fruit, good acid. Not too funky. Not much else to say.

Med plus intense aromas. Clay earthiness, dark black fig, vanilla aroma follows. Med body(bit fattier than regular barbera), med plus acid, med plus intensity, moderate tannin, smooth, rich, round barbera with kick of black pepper spice and dry salumi flavor. Bit flat and quite short finish. Simple, easy drinking barbera. Can be enjoyed as table wine with salumi.
