What an honor having the opportunity to try this 2005 from Viña de Martin in its own cellar, it shows why whites from Ribeiro are call to be better wines with aging. Elegant oxidative notes, honey, caramel, impressive acidity still present! A pure jewel!!!

Treixadura based blend from your Jung vines, all tank raised. Tasting 2nd day open reveals more minerality and floral notes. Acidity level is still very high 28 hours open!
