Les Fourchaumes Vieilles Vignes Chablis 1er Cru Chardonnay

Wow! Fresh sea breeze notes, iodine, lemon peel and honey. Long caressing finish. A delight.

Quite a bit more mature than I would've expected, but maybe not quite p-worded. Full for Chablis, but that was probably the vintage and it still came across as well balanced. Perfectly fine.

One bottle down the drain, one barely delicious.

Still alive, with ocean minerality, honey, lime and no sign of oxidation issues.

A little more Smokey than I’m used to in a Chablis. Jennifer loved it.

Fresh, clean...a good example of chablis, of course. Though it didn't excite me.

Excellent old world chard. Medium body, medium acidity.

This one had passed it's peak, probably stored too warm for a while
