Dark blood red, dry and smooth as velvet with a pleasant acidic taste. A great fruit presence of black plum and blackberries. The finish is long….an intriguing peppery touch with a very slight hint of tarty tannins.

Feb 26th, 2024Excellent wine to start the new year. Opened up after 30 minutes with a bold expression of dark cherry, balanced acidity and tannins with a long smooth finish. Paired well with roasted pork and sauerkraut. Happy New Year 2024!

This Pinot tastes like an overly sweet cupcake! I am only rating this so I remember to never drink it again. Cooking wine, for sure. 🤢
