A big fan of de Villaine family Bouzeron when in Burgundy for precisely this type of acidity current. Strong memory of seeking the shade in bright sunlight as a child. Poetry huh -must be a good wine... Love the bottle shape between Burgundy and Bordeaux? 2009 vintage
