Basic Pinot with a slight natural flair. Nothing special

Medium tannins; light body. Slightly effervescent; green, kinda stemmy notes

Number 2 of 5 at Salcheto winery. This is basically a young naturally made Vino Nobile, designated an IGT for lack of adherence to VNdM DOC regs. Kind of a fresh Beaujolais sensibility but all Sangiovese.

Great rose. Bolder and heavier than your typical rose. Purchased from their organic winery in Tuscany!
