Lovely nose of drying peach, petrol and spice, touch of honeycomb with some dried mushroom, dash of lemon. Palate was decent but not outstanding, fairly long with great spicy complexity, good minerality, but could have used more acidity to balance sugar and increase liveliness. Good enough though!

Hay and honey nose... beeswax and spicy (clove) notes. Lots of honey, floral, fantastic body and still soft acid notes to round it off.
