Napa Valley Proprietary Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

Deep Ruby with a blend of Cab Sauv, Merlot & Petit Verdot, aged 21 mos new French oak, aromas of aromas of black and blue fruits with herb spice and earthy floral notes. On the palate blueberry, blackberry and plum flavors with cacao, leather and espresso. Firm tight tannins, well balanced, integrated nicely with toasty oak, long finish ending with fruit, spice and creamy earthy character.

Just overpowering and surprisingly just too much for me, perhaps an end-of-night thing. It made the Command seem laid back.

This proprietary red blend starts off with big bold black fruit with a hint of leather and tobacco and ends with a velvety finish.

Smooth, silky, warm and textured. Excellent bottle of wine.

My first turns two and we decided to have a little pre-party this weekend. The merlot is singing on this. I wish I bought more, and will seek more on the auction market. It is a big, fat, unapologetic monster of a wine.

It probably was at peak a couple years ago; it is still holding together fairly well but fraying a bit around the edges. Nice, but not stunning.

I think I could pick this out of a lineup. Earthy, blue/black fruit in bunches make this one you want to keep drinking. Chewy mouthfeel and nice acidity once it has time

A little over extracted and fruity. Should have waited a few more years. Frank and Patti's 2009 rhapsody was better!!
