An interesting NZ SB, has a good splash of Riesling added to the SB. Pale lemon with aromas of tropical and citrus fruits with blossom notes. On the palate flavors of mango, pineapple and citrus zest flavors with blossom and herb notes. Good balance of acidity, medium+ finish ending with floral, mineral and slight smoky notes. Nice!

Fresh and far more elegant than your typical NZ Sauv Blanc. Lightly limey and lightly grassy, with a hint of buttered popcorn and hefty waft of jalapeño. Well balanced and beautifully complex.

Wish I sold this one. Would be great to open tastings with. Beautiful, full nose. Fails to delight on the pallette though. Would buy this wine as a fragrance any day.
