A well done old world styled nz Chardonnay. Fresh fruited, some leesy notes, a small oak hint. All pretty balanced and with a medium long finish. Critics: ‘as good as Puligny or even better’ were a bit high on own supply I guess but this is very nice and a perfect alternative for Bourgogne blanc.

お寿司には少しフルーティさが強かった。
後味残りにくいけど、旨味と甘味がある。

This is from one of the top chard producers in New Zealand. Happy to find it in JAL lounge.

Surprisingly beautiful color, nose, and flavor! Lovely and bright! 12 years old, and still fabulous!

Nice and crisp. A nice golden color in the glass. Not too heavy and oaky like we've become accustomed to over the last number of years. You get the pear and apricots right away and maybe some honey and hints of citrus. Medium-weight to drink, so if you're exhausted by a heavy buttery chard, this is for you. Even better at under $20 a huge +. I'm rating it high on bang for buck! Love it.

Sour notes, slight apple. Butter notes, idea to slight fruit, there is effervescence. Nice.
