The rebranding of this wine makes it much more intriguing.

It looks like a legitimate wine, housed in a big and heavy bottle.

Maybe it’s psychological, but this doesn’t taste like it’s worth $17.

Oaky. Dark. Fruit. Dark fruit? Cigarettes.

Aromas of dark fruit and spice. Medium bodied with dark berries and a smoky finish. Good length. Paired well with grilled sausages.

I don't regret going there, but I doubt I'll go back. A little bit of spice on the nose which I enjoy. Otherwise unremarkable. Not flabby, but a little more acid would be nice. Goes down a little too easily with pizza and pasta.

Fine for the price, but not spectacular value.

Love the spice and peppery flavour. Quality wine at a nice price.

A big one. A good one. It's got my name on it. Pair it with heavy/rich dishes.

Full bodied wine. Heavier hints of dark berries with a smoky, spicy finish. Cork was a little dry, but still very good. Paired well with a creamy chicken.
