French wine's not dead, for at least 7 min after opening. Then it dies.

Ripe fruit supported by just enough tension and acidity. Very refreshing and unique yet accessible compared to other natural wines of France's 'nouvelle vague'.

Rock star orange wine blend of malras, sables, mauzac vert, and chardonnay from the languedoc. I don't know if they meant it to be an orange wine but that's how it turned out. Alluring ash, pepper, and mineral on the nose. Tangerine on the pallet with balanced acidity.
