Medium deep purple. Wood is a bit to obvious. Sorta mineral, a little hot and a little VA. Not my favorite Mencia.

Absolutely brilliant with Grilled Pulpo-blackberry, plum, mineral with great acidity. It's youth made it a match made in heaven for our entrance to Galicia and the last 100km of the Camino
