Crisp, meridional simplicity with riesling minerality. Like.

Raventos i Blanc was founded in 1986 by Josep-Maria Raventos, a member of the Codorníu family, produces a majority of very nice sparklers, makes a few nice still wines. Pale yellow with stone fruit aromas and mineral notes. On the palate apple and lemon flavors with savory minerality on a lingering finish. Very nice value. Tasting Sample.

Super duper fresh and racy. There's sheer drinkability here, but stick your nose in a bit deeper and you'll find that there's a lot going on. Top notes of citrus oil and flowers, but there's complex mineral and salinity underneath. Lovely!

Spanish whites rock! Why have I been such a French wine snob? 🤓
