This 90 point wine was the gift given for my birthday during our stay in the county Clare in Doonbeg. What a surprise! This wine and the dark chocolates were an amazing surprise! On the nose it has scents of leather and cigar with raspberry. This wine on the palate it has smooth flavors of fruits, reaspberry, sour cherry and cassis with underlying tannins of oak. Very smooth and well rounded. Overall a great choice for a birthday.
