The medium yellow wine pens with ashy nose that begins to blossom with decanting. It's a fruity nose with notes of iris, candied fruit and quince. Full-bodied in the mouth with rich, concentrated flavors of quince, pear and a hint of lemon zest. Subtle beguiling hint of minerality and Provençal herbs linger on the finish

Beautiful nose of lemon, beeswax, and white flowers. Lovely crisp acidity, minerality and bright citrus on the Palate. Long finish with great balance and hints of lemon and pear. The wine has deceptive power

Opulent tropical fruit on the nose, pineapple sweets, hay, tarragon and juicy citrus. Palate has a clean mineral feel, less weight than the tunnel wines and with snappier green apple fruit but along side riper peach and underripe apricot with apricot skin tannins on the finish.

2010v. 8yrs of age makes for a lovely golden hue. Light aroma of dried apricots and peaches, and a little orange marmalade or bergamot. On the palette, that fruit carries over with some minerality and salinity on the finish. Would pair really well with shellfish or any sinply prepared white meat. 13.5% ABV. 80/20 roussanne/marsanne.
