Layered plummy, sweet spice, floral, total dream after 5mins in the air.

Turned soil, black olives, sort of bloody.. all encased in a framework of black berry, black cherry and raspberry fruit. Slick on the palate with ticklish tannins and a med-long finish of blackberry preserves and bitter coffee.

Savoury soy sauce notes on the nose, a bit of fresh acidity but also astringency (became light delightful sweetness after olives and anchovies), moderate finish but brought back great memories of Barcelona.
