Brambly blackberry. Thought it was re fermenting at first but seems like a mineral strain. Ashes on nose. A nice red chilled. Wish I had prosciutto.

Meh. 13%, smooth and a bit rich but nothing interesting. It was the 3rd bottle with Gaby and Loic and we felt nothing special.

В аромате кровяная колбаса, грубая кожа, вишня с плодоножками, земля. Среднетелое, во вкусе красная слива, вишня, растительное тона, сухая земля. Легкие рассольные ноты. Не очень сложно, при этом с характером и развитием. 16,5/20
