Carso Vitovska

This was like drinking a classic old-world cider, notes of crushed green apple, sponti funk, saltiness. Unfamiliar with grape but unfiltered bottling gave great mouthfeel to the wine balanced by balmy, brisk acidity.

Took a while to get my head around this wine. Skin-contact white with some good sherry notes.

Frutta matura, oserei mango.
Nocciola in bocca e bello amaro

Very interesting, but shtupid (good).

Yup, Mr. Zidarich is the god of extended macerated whites. Desert island wine. Depth, length, richness while totally pure and savory.
