Smells like a classical Oregon Pinot.
The wafts carry on through the flavor, orange peel, spice, bright berry, twigs and branches. Tannins buried under s persimmon acidity

Classical Pinot, quality. A great wine to come home to after being the DD. My turn.

Clear garnet purple. Cherry vanilla tea on the nose. Black cherry cobbler, black tea, on the medium-bodied palate. Bright, medium plus acidity. Medium tannins. You want a classic Oregon Pinot Noir? Look no further. This is some of my friend @AndrĂ© Hueston Mack ‘s best hooch. Run, don’t walk, to Willamette.

Scratching my head a bit- lovely and plush fruit, silky finish- was just expecting a little funk. I miss the funk.

This is a tremendously delicate wine. The tannins are paper thin and the juice of dark fruit is so gentle it might break if you tip the glass back too quickly. Also, this is a young wine and it shows. The Oregogne is lacking greatly in depth and mysteriousness. In 10 years it might be something to write home about but at the moment it is underwhelming.

Red berries notes., earthy rich Pinot. The label just shows the freedom these producers have - as opposed to EU growers - to copy, imitate and show their sense of humour

Clear ruby purple. Cedar and black cherry on the nose. Black cherry, black leather, and strong black tea on the palate. Tannins present but not assertive. Medium plus acidity. Medium long, dark finish. Another triumph by @André Hueston Mack
