This is the 2015. Bressia makes about 500,000 bottles a year. In Argentina and in Chile, that makes you a small producer. Just proves once again that everything’s relative.

On the nose; dark cherries, cherries, cooked strawberries, some light herbal notes, dark soils with small stones and fresh dark & red florals.

On the palate; bright, almost candied dark cherries, cherries, strawberries, blue hues, vanilla, some light herbal notes, big & very dark grippy minerals, dark soils with small stones and fresh dark, red & blue florals.

Photos of; the Bressia entrance and tasting room. Their small barrel room, which is almost completely used oak

A great example of the tasty Cabernet Francs coming out of Argentina today. Blackberries & blueberries. Graphite & underbrush. Expansive & well-balanced palate.

Soft texture and smooth. Tannins build at the end. Subtle fruit and sweet spice.

Incredibly vegetal, but a lot of potential with time.

Perfectly balanced, and the spice pairs beautifully with steak.
