#Vinnatur - Chenin Blanc from Couteaux du Loir: smooth body and structure, no sulfites, aged on its yeasts in barriques for 12-18 months. It fills the mouth properly with balsamic hints (part coming from woods?). I liked it very much :)

Was opened on Friday night, now Monday afternoon. Initially, closed and unapproachable. Now vibrant and delicious, so much acidity....

Dec 22nd, 20142008. Remarkably clean. Subtle initially, but continued to gain weight with air. Peach pit. Hint of something like horseradish.
