There’s a prickly pickle (vinegar) /ginger hint on the nose and on the palate. The alcohol is bit unbalanced by lack of fruit and somewhat hollow palate. The finish is an off-dry yeasty experience. #californiachardonnay #chardonnay #californiawine

Wine #3. paired with a creamy salmon. Admittedly the first few sips were not great (possibly because I have an adversion to Chardonnay; or maybe I needed the wine to warm up). The pairing was spot-on but not my favorite wine on its own.
