Sight: Translucent ruby with a slight
Smell: mossy, peat, popurie, thyme, newly polished wet leather, a bit floral
Taste: Dry. Moderate acidity. Medium tannins. Definitely a coastal Pinot, lighter, more acidic. Earthy, olives, sour cherry, Mediterranean herbs.
Opinion: a very typical northern CA coast Pinot. Nice and dry, bought it to sip on and it was a little too dry/acidic for me in that regard.

Ripe fruits, almost sour on the sip but quickly turns into mellow warm finish, pairs well with cheese. Good find with SFWTC recommendation, thanks Julia!
