Still very youthful (1997). The alcohol is not well integrated tbh

Absolutely spectacular and still surprisingly young. Has made me a vintage Port fanatic.

Another great Weekly Wine Committee in the books, this time hosted by Dan. Format stayed the same (1 sparkler, 3 whites, 4 reds, 1 dessert wine) and everything is guessed blind.

I guessed 70's vintage port...✔️. First time having anything from Smith Woodhouse. Very caramel and butterscotch focused. Fig too.

Every time I have vintage port I ask myself why I don't have vintage port more often.

Still lovely. Not going to get better I'd say but should hold for a while. Translucent dark red, silky plum notes. Pretty great for an off-year single Quinta.
