Lovely wine from the Basque region in Spain. Visited this winery in June - what a delight. Just like the wine. Crisp, hint of bubbles., melon, grapefruit. Great with spicy food. Just what we need for this hot California summer.

Spritz and salty minerality with a splash of lemon custard.

One of my favorite Txaokli producers. Briny, slight tartness light and crisp with a hint of ocean air.
