Clean with mildly sweet mid palate and creamy finish. I think this sake has been under rated.

I have been sampling the ultra premium cold sake called Junmai Daiginjo over the last few months. Of the 6 or so I''ve tried, I consider this the most pleasing. My wine tastebuds gravitate towards balance, elegance, and depth. This sake is described as "rich, earthy flavor with mossy notes and an aroma of the ground after rain". Not use to smelling the ground after the rain, but maybe I should. An amazing sake and less than $40. Cheers!!!
