From 20 to 45 year old vines this wine shows nice verve and grip. Lively with spiced red fruits and a healthy dose of garrigue. Great everyday choice at $10

Pretty tight and closed on day one. Red currants and drying on the palate. Day two definitely fruitier and rather on black currants on the nose. Taste fuller and some blackberries. Enjoyable and great for the price. Could benefit from a couple more years in the bottle.

Jun 6th, 2021Honestly, pop the cork, taste a glass, then let sit till day two. Day one was offensively reductive and tight. Day two: such fresh red berries-- cranberries, strawberries, but especially raspberries. A touch of green vegetale character, with a bit of cassis to finish.
