Vi biodinàmic de Mark Angeli 100% chenin blanc. Fermentació espontània, barrica de 3 anys durant 15 mesos. Usa sufurós natural del volcà Etna. Color groc claret. Olor a fruita blanca, pera, bolleria i fruits secs. En boca ampli, llarg, salat. Omple molt la boca. Vi complex. 42€ At Vinacoteca.
