Fleshy apricot and baked apple, coursing with salty mineral and savory undertones. Barely off-dry in this vintage, but quite rich. Probably better to revisit in a couple years.

Delicious chenin.
Lots of fruit. Intense and ripe.
Ripe apricots and honey. Definitely not super dry but residual sugar is not throwing me off... fruit and may be some minerality offsetting it? Anyway this isgl gorgeously simple and lovely.

From a magnum served blind this is the most typical and delicious version I’ve had. Haven’t always enjoyed the bottle variation or the level of residual sugar but this one was special from a not so special vintage as I can gather.
