Not sure about this. Full body for sure. Not sweet but what else

Quite nice. A little dry/full without food, but not bad at all. I'll a little biased toward slightly sweeter sakes so this was nice. Probably the best non ginjo+ sake I've had.

Good, not great but good

Better on day 2. Fresh, luscious, slightly off-dry, mineral finish. Lovely mouthfeel. Need to drink more saké. 🇯🇵🇯🇵🇯🇵

Enjoying the Kurosawa Junmai Kimoto. Has become my go to here.

Delicate flavor. Very smooth. Light spice and jasmine.
