Easy drinking Piemontese varietal- dolcetto; made by innovative fellow Enzo Brezza who speaks the language of not dudding buyers with cork failure; uses ground glass closure which the French did in 1840s ; nice; crunchy, soft; mineral; easy.

Too acid

Translated to “little sweet one,” this dolcetto shows candied red raspberry, licorice, and tar. Fresh and crisp, the palate shows tart cherry fruit with medium weight and a dry finish. Perfect with Italian style pizza. Glass stopper.
