A blend of Chardonnay (67%) and Pinot Noir (33%). The high proportion of Chardonnay dominants the wine. Red fruit aromas with biscuit scents. The palate shows strawberry and melon flavors with a touch of mineral enhancing the wine. Bright and crisp with acidity that carries the wine to a lingering finish ending with yeasty notes.

Subtle floral aromas and hints of raspberries and strawberries form the base for this sparkling stunner.
