Spicy touch to your larynx. Almost feels like you're swallowing a spoonful of frosted flakes but forgot to chew them all so they're getting lodged in your throat. Tannins are present and boisterous. Acidity could be a little higher but I'll respectively give this a medium plus rating. Should be accompanied by a healthy amount of horse meat marinated in calf fat. High quality cork.

Deliciously fruity and obnoxiously herbaceous, like a group of flamingos on the subway playing hopscotch. The red fruit hits your pallet like a peyronies mallet and finishes strong like a flaccid dong. Drink this wine with pounds of red meat smeared in rosemary and blood of your first born. This is a great choice for any meal or as an accompaniment to a high stakes poker game.

Musk, herbs, and olives with stony black fruit. an acquired taste drank on its own but will pair well with rustic Mediterranean meat dishes.

Cherrywood, licorice, Brett, and violets. Subtle raspberry preserve and rhubarb. Tobacco and menthol. Dried tannin, still room age but as fruit is fading. Dried cherry meets cherry lozenge. Chalky tannins on the palate. Cranberry fruit too. Heat spikes a bit. Menthol and tobacco carry through to the finish.

Roasted plum in the nostrils give way to chestnuts, tarragon, seeded blackberry preserves, all wrapped up in a new oak blanket, that is just now starting to temper. Glad I have one more one hand..

Ash dry but I can dig it...with like a half a cow's worth of steak.

One of those wines you got to drink in one sitting. Doesn't open up well.

Nice tannic structure and firm character. Nice surprise at our dinner.
