Deep yellow center with a nice clear rim. Notes of apple, cedar, white peach, smooth stone fruits. FRESH …Seamless with light acidity & perfect balance. Consumed over three hours. Ambitious stuff with hefty oak treatment with fruit left helpless to manage the regime. No faults whatsoever but bland, just bland, considering its appellation.

Showing amazingly well for a young Corton Charlemange. Minerals, Bosc pear, hazelnut and oak creaminess.

Dooooope. Elegant. The opposite of slutty.

Lean and Chablis-like. Still tightly coiled, but with great overall balance and length.

Honey suckle, bruised cinnamon stick, tangerine rind, elderberry (really). Great depth without being heavy.

Rich but fresh. Notes of lemon and oak melted away into seamless deliciousness.

Had I not had this wine before I would've thought Chablis. Very lean and precise and even though after four hours it rounded out some it was still atypical. Doesn't mean I didn't love it!

Beautiful secondary aromatics, fantastic density and finish
