Fresh orchard smells.
Blackberry, black raspberry purée, hints of thyme and oregano. Extremely clean and very well made medium bodied wine with slight tannins - think pomegranate seed tannin - and delicious Alexander the grape acidity.
Lovely wine for a mod week tipple.

Got it at a restaurant so would have preferred a later vintage but wow is this tasting nice now. Still could benefit from another year or two in the bottle but fantastic with food
