Tropical fruit but while that might imply heaviness and oak, this is actually a really nicely balanced Chardonnay. Beautifully rounded in the mouth and a long graceful finish. It's all pleasure with the Stonestreet Upper Barn from 2017.

Incidentally, this is the first wine we've had since returning to Manhattan after five and a half months away. This bottle certainly helped smooth the edges on a fairly rough week of readjustment.

Yeah, so, I’m a fan of this one. Some orange and zest. A little campfire, but not smoke taint, more like toasted marshmallow and graham cracker. If it had chocolate itd be a s’more. Caramel instead.

Stonestreet Upper Barn 2012 at is Best. Tropical Fruit galore, good underlying acidity, yes just the right touch of oak! Also watching the Eagles Beat NY Giants on Thursday Night Football! WOW! #Eagles, #philly . Great end to a day of wine selling at WineWorks in Marlton NJ! I give this a solid 95!

Stonestreet Upper Barn 12' A few twirls of the glass, you can smell it a foot away. Tropical fruits are abundant on the nose. This is a rich full-bodied beast of a Chardonnay! Let it warm up and open up in your glass for about 15 minutes. There so much going on. The complexity of a few California Chardonnays. One of the most densely layered Chard I've had this year! Great mouth feel. Once you finish your glass, you'll want another. If you have an opportunity, get a bottle or two. # Stone Street upper barn chard.

Lightly buttery notes gives way to subtle fruit. Beautiful.
