The 1st or one of the 1st DOCs. The only DOC for white. very pretty aromatics, under ripe white stone fruit, stony, mineral, white floral. medium bodied, slightly viscous, medium acid, long long finish. delicious. this is right up my alley

Lovely and refreshing. Lime zest and orchard fruits. Simple and yummy with summer veg.

Gold in color. Yellow pear, just ripe yellow apple, quince, hazelnut, macadamia, stony minerality, firm medium+ acid, medium intensity and finish with phenolics. A sipping wine on a late summer Sunday afternoon on the terrace...

Lime and minerals. Super focused and worth thinking and analyzing but very pleasant too. Improved over the course of three days. Value piece.

Note to self: a nutty, round gem of a wine with a varietal that sounds like a place.

Unripe Asian pear, slight citrus, crushed white stone, slight rosemary, medium acidity, medium alcohol.

Clear pale lemon color and dry with light body and high acid. Clean low intensity nose with floral and citrus notes and notes of honeydew melon, minerals and a hint of oak on the palate leading to a crisp medium length finish. Delicious and great value.
