A lot going on. The sweetness makes it amiable but the acidity is pronounced. Good with food. Good without. Interesting and easy at the same time. I like it.

Great entry level example of Alsatian Gewurztraminer - classic, barely off-dry wine with aromas and flavors of lychee, rose petal and ginger. Medium acidity - will be wonderful with Indian and Thai dishes as well as Alsatian cuisine, especially tarte Flamande and roast pork.
