Sparkling Malbec to start our NYE 2013 dinner at NAO. I like my bubbly dry, but this guy was a bit over the top. The dryness somewhat overwhelmed the wine's flavor profile.

Peachy and pink. Very dry. Toasty. Hint of grapefruits. Like I said, Dry. Not much Malbec stuff. Pretty decent standard bubbles.

Nose is present, perhaps a bit rosy. Flavor is quite good, fruity. A crisp flavor. Good bubbles. Very tasty.
