Deep purple in color with a light rim variation.... This wine is clean and bright with no signs of sediment... on the nose there are strong notes of bright cherry, fresh raspberry and blackberry, mocha, faint cinnamon, vanilla, porcini mushrooms and turned soil... the dry wine has medium tannins, medium minus acidity, medium alcohol and medium plus complexity with prominent bright cherry & cranberry and a lingering framboise finish...
