California Zinfandel

Big fruit. Very big. Medium body.

Too sweet, little fruity, boringly smooth, oaky. Gets worse with every sip. Not complex, not great or even good. and would not buy again.

Rich and just a little smoky. Big flavor and a lovely finish.

Very smooth and light, refreshing and easy to drink. Fruity.

So so good. Paired well with lumpia and ribs and salad and mixed veggies. @eatfeastly is where its at!

Didn't pack the punch I'm looking for in a zin. Really fruity & light in my opinion, kinda sweet even. Wasn't great the first day & the 2nd day it was awful.

This wine is very smooth and easy to drink. If you want an uncomplicated wine that tastes like it will go with everything or taste great by itself this is the one. Deep smoky berry flavors. Has a slight bitterness on the back of the tongue, but it dissipates with the very next sip. Smells of berries and alcohol, but tastes vevetly and light with a little citrus kick at the end. It doesn't have any legs at all, so there is no thickness to it, This is a drink until the end and fall asleep kind of wine. I am drinking the Zin with friends tonight, and as long as it does not linger on the front of the tongue it is very simple. If allowed to sit on the front of the tongue light flavors of strawberries, blueberries and alcohol abound. Mid tongue the alcohol comes to he fore and at the back of the tongue the hint of citrus. I recommend this wine as I think it will appeal to many different types of red wine drinkers.

This wine is mellow on the pallet. Tannic acid has mellowed. Good balance not a heavy Zin. Would drink again.
