Pale straw lemon with frothy mousse and lively bead of bubbles. A nose of fresh fruit with yeast, nutty notes and floral scents. On the palate flavors of peach, red berry and citrus flavors with biscuit tones. Good balance, bold acidity, delicate textures, medium finish ending with toasty oak notes and chalky mineral were noted on medium+ finish.

Pale yellow in color with a golden hue.

On the nose yeast, citrus, lemons, toast, green apples, grapefruits and bread.

Medium bodied with big bubbles and high acidity.

Dry on the palate with lemons, pears, limes, grapefruits, citrus, green apples, yeast and white pepper.

Long finish with limes.

This is a nice and crisp champagne. Nicely balanced and enjoyable by itself or with food. Not bitter at all, which I liked. I didn't care much for the big bubbles, but it was not too bad.

Showing a crisp and engaging mouthfeel. Not too complex, but very enjoyable when properly chilled.

I paired it with a cheese plate and fresh fruits.

Wine Spectator 90 points.

A blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 35% Pinot Meunier and 25% Chardonnay.

12% alcohol by volume.

89 points.

$35.

Pleasing complexity and crisp acidity with a citrus-n-biscuit finish. Think lemon curd turned down to a"5".

The three varieties are represented, with Pinot making up about half the cuvée. 20% reserve wines.

Blech. Totally boring and odd apple-cider vinegar finish. Not spoiled, just not good.

Well balanced. Hints of lemon citrus, tight bubbles, mineral, and some yeast notes. Pretty straightforward but well crafted.
