When in California. Brought back some memories. If you dig CA PN, this will be your jam.

In a perfect place. Very balanced but rich red berry fruit with tobacco. 🤤

Goddamn I love Dragonette. Was tasting other pinots out so wanted to compare. This one reeks of cherry jam. And a wee bit of mushroom and happiness. A whiff of the oak—baking spices. But the body holds true to the less tannins more acid profile one would expect. I’ve had Dragonette pinots I’d prefer but this is damn yummy.

Dark fruit to dominate the nose and palate. Hints of smoke on the finish. Little heat resonating.

Beautiful Pinot Noir from my favorite wines we tasted on our last trip to Santa Barbara. Darker fruit and red licorice on the palate with really nice balance.

Very well made and complex. Has aged well. 2012 vintage. Reminded me of a single vineyard Calera Pinot. Seek out this producer.
