Oak spice plays an important role, although it is not overdone. Acidity is quite fresh and the finish is long and pleasant. This wine will pair very well with a buttery pasta dish or shellfish.

Pale lemon color with aromas of tropical and citrus fruits. On the palate flavors of melon, grapefruit and apple flavors with grassy notes wrapped in tangy acidity. Medium finish ending with a mineral citrus spice character. Ok value. Tasting Sample!

For the price point, this is a fantastic Chardonnay (can’t believe there’s oak involved)!
