Opacité rare, qui fait penser au jus de raisin commercial. Au nez, fruits écrasés et poivre. Au goût, attaque très douce, éclatement de fruits très mûrs en milieu de bouche (cerise noire, pruneau, voire bleuets écrasés) à l’onctuosité surprenante, “épaisse”, finale tannique mais sans agressivité et non rugueuse. On sent le climat chaud dans les fruits mûrs, prêts à éclater, sans goûter nécessairement le 13,5%. Très surprenant pour un vin aussi abordable. Un vin d’été qui se boit en apéro ou en formule dessert.

Belle découverte dans le coin cellier ! Bien équilibré, bon rapport qualité-prix et un bouchon en verre ! Parfait avec des pâtes, pas trop corsé, se voit bien en toute occasion.

Was not overwhelming tannic, very smooth and well rounded. Great for a simple dinner or amongst friends with maybe some cheese and cured meats
