incredibly balanced and even across the palette. delicious and compelling though i guess i expect extended macerated whites to be a bit edgy and rough around the edges.

Super fun wine here. Rich but not over the top at all. Lavender, apricot and apples and herbs. Great minerality. Cool juice.

2001. More acid than the oily fat 2000, shows the cool year, much younger, still exuding ribolla character
